AMBR is a baby tracking application that helps parents and caregivers log and monitor feeding, diaper changes, nursing, baths, and food introduction for their children.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Family Sharing

When you create a family and invite others, you grant them access to view and add tracking data for your children. As a family owner, you can remove members at any time. Invited members can leave a family at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AMBR only for its intended purpose of baby care tracking. You must not:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Disrupt or interfere with the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Data & Privacy

Your use of AMBR is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into AMBR.

Service Availability

We strive to keep AMBR available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may experience downtime, errors, or data loss.

Disclaimer

AMBR is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child's care.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kincaid Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or damages related to reliance on the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AMBR at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AMBR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
