AMBR is operated by Kincaid Systems LLC. This policy applies to both the AMBR application and related websites operated by Kincaid Systems LLC.

What We Collect

AMBR collects only the data you provide:

• Your email address (for authentication)
• Child information you enter (name, date of birth)
• Tracking events you log (feeds, pumps, diapers, nursing, baths, foods)
• Your preferences and settings

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the AMBR baby tracking service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Your data is accessible only to members of your family group.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate AMBR, including:

• Authentication providers (e.g., Auth0)
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform)

These providers process data only as necessary to provide the service and do not use it for their own purposes.

Data Sharing

When you invite someone to your family, they can view and add data for your children. You control who has access through the family invite system. You can remove members at any time.

Additional Data Sources

If you choose to use optional features such as voice logging or email-based imports, AMBR may process data from those sources solely to create tracking events within your account.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

AMBR is designed for parents and caregivers to track baby care. We do not collect data directly from children. All child data is entered and managed by authorized family members.

Data Deletion

You can export your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account, which will remove all your personal data. If you are the sole member of a family, deleting your account will also remove all associated family data.
